Inside Ty Mabon

EV Charging: Access to a communal dual charge pod point EV charger
Arrival Essentials: You'll receive complimentary essentials to get your holiday started the right way!

Ty Mabon (‘Mabon's House') is a delightful first-floor apartment set within the charming Llys Llewelyn complex of traditional stone cottages, built on the historical grounds of Prince Llywelyn's court. This spacious one-bedroom apartment perfectly blends period charm with modern amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Accessed via exterior stone steps, the apartment opens into a welcoming hallway leading to an open-plan living area. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa, armchair, and flat-screen TV. There is also a small dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette. The bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. Double-aspect windows and skylights throughout the apartment fill the space with natural light.

Guests of Ty Mabon can enjoy various onsite amenities, including laundry facilities, ample parking space, a unisex hair and beauty salon, and a popular bar and kitchen serving afternoon tea, traditional home-cooked dishes, and a selection of cakes and scones. (The bar and kitchen are closed in off-peak season and open Wednesday to Sunday during peak season). The complex also features a communal EV charger with dual charging points. The location

explore Aberffraw

Aberffraw (said: Ab-ER-frow) is a slice of paradise on Anglesey's west coast — dunes, a Snowdonia backdrop in the distance, and a coastal walk that starts right from your doorstep.

It's a proper hit with dogs, horse riders and families. The beach, Traeth Mawr, is a huge sandy bay backed by dunes, easy on the legs for a beach ride or a long dog walk. A small shop and Llys Llewelyn tea rooms, known for homemade cakes, cover the essentials. A short walk along the coast brings you to the Church in the Sea, St Cwyfan's, perched on its own tidal islet — genuinely magical at low tide, with views out to Bardsey on a clear day.

On-site parking included. It’s a quiet, coastal village with no nearby train station, so we recommend having a car to explore the rest of Anglesey.
