The Role

As a Marketing Executive, you’ll help our customers turn their travel dreams into reality. From understanding their needs and recommending the perfect destinations to organising the finer details of their trips, you’ll play a key role in creating seamless, exciting and memorable travel experiences.

You’ll combine your passion for travel with your excellent communication and organisational skills to ensure every customer feels supported, inspired and confident throughout their booking journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspire and advise: Understand customers’ travel preferences, budgets and aspirations to recommend tailored holidays and travel experiences.
• Manage bookings: Coordinate reservations, itineraries, accommodation, transport and other travel arrangements.
• Deliver outstanding service: Build strong customer relationships and provide friendly, knowledgeable support before, during and after travel.
• Create memorable experiences: Pay attention to the details that make each trip special, offering thoughtful recommendations and personalised solutions.
• Stay informed: Keep up to date with destinations, travel trends, suppliers, promotions and relevant travel requirements.
• Support customers: Respond to enquiries, resolve issues efficiently and manage changes with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
• Contribute to growth: Identify opportunities to recommend additional services, generate repeat bookings and encourage customer referrals.

• Confidence using digital tools, booking platforms and everyday office software.
• A flexible, team-oriented approach and the ability to work independently when needed.

Previous experience in travel consultancy, sales, hospitality or customer service is an advantage. We also welcome applications from enthusiastic candidates who are keen to develop their skills and build a career in travel.
